§ Increased Performance up to 1500% … Decreased DTS Execution from 10 Min to 10 Sec  Increased stored procedure and function performance by as much as 1500% through index redesign, fixing deadlock sources and query re-write. Decreased DTS execution times from more than 10 minutes to less than 10 seconds.
§ Managed Development, Builds, QA & Testing  Managed DTS package development, XML generation using XML EXPLICIT and 2005’s new XML PATH functionality. Implemented changes to database schema objects. Completed all builds to Release Candidate, QA and Install Testing environments, maintained Release and Field environments. Developed database upgrade and install packages for individual clients with up to 250 nationwide offices.
